2. What data may be processed

No registration is required to use rdesignr.com. Personal data are mainly processed when you contact RDESIGNR by email, use Cal.com to book a meeting, allow external media, or use RDESIGNR Notes at notes.rdesignr.com.

When you contact us or book a meeting, we may process your name, email address, message or booking details and any other information you provide voluntarily. Technical providers may also process IP address, browser and device information, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

If you send an enquiry or request a proposal, we process the data to respond, discuss the work and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For a general professional enquiry that is not yet aimed at entering into a contract, the legal basis is RDESIGNR's legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Technical processing required to operate and secure the website is based on RDESIGNR's legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable service. Non-essential external media are loaded on the basis of your consent. Processing required by tax, accounting or other law is based on legal obligation.

4. Retention

Contact data are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. If the contact leads to a contract, a legal claim, or a tax, accounting or other statutory retention requirement applies, the relevant data are kept for the period required for those purposes.

5. External services and recipients

We may use external providers to operate the site or provide specific functions, including Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Cal.com for booking, YouTube for video content, and Substack for RDESIGNR Notes. The email provider used to receive and send messages may also process contact data.

Non-essential embedded external media are loaded by rdesignr.com only after you give consent. When you open an external service, that provider's own privacy rules may also apply.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers may take place only with safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law, for example an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider and processing activity.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and, where the legal conditions apply, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it was withdrawn.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) and may also seek a judicial remedy where available under applicable law.

8. Do you have to provide data?

You do not need to provide personal data simply to browse rdesignr.com. If you contact us or book a meeting, however, we cannot handle the request without the basic information required to respond or complete the booking.

9. Automated decision-making

RDESIGNR does not use personal data processed through the website for automated decision-making or profiling.
